1:1 60 minute weekly coaching call via Microsoft Teams
Goals to meet in between sessions for integration

Email check-ins in between sessions
Strategies for managing anxiety or depression
Internal healing work to shift repeating patterns at the root
Additional resources: Reflection journaling prompts and personal video teachings on topics touched on during our session
Tools and tips for navigating through your unique obstacles
First and single sessions are 175 dollars
Payment packages of 6, 8, and 12 sessions are available
Clients who purchase payment packages receive a reduced price of 150 dollars per session.
