You will receive weekly coaching calls, access to goal-setting tools and email-check ins, along with personalized support to overcome obstacles and achieve your aspirations within 12 weeks.

Through my 1:1 coaching program, we will have a 60 minute one on one video call. Throughout this time, we establish a meaningful connection where I will be a safe space for you to open up to me about whatever is on your heart. Next, we will explore some obstacles you may be facing that may be inhibiting your quality of life . From there, we will discuss action planning and implement tools to stretch you outside of your comfort zone and begin to unlock your potential and check on its impact next session. Each session if purchases individually is 175 dollars. However, if a client chooses to commit to a monthly payment plan, payment plans and packages are available and they can access sessions at a reduced price of 150 dollars.
